Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: All Items are mailed within 3-5 Business days from receipt of purchase unless otherwise notified, Once an order is placed you have 24 Hours to cancel the order via email (Info@immaculatelyflawless.com) or call 1-833-465-0225 if not you will be held responsible for the order and it can be exchanged only.

Please note: If you wish to cancel and your order has been shipped prior to the 24 hours, you must send the UNOPENED package back "Return to Sender" If you have opened it (normal exchange rules apply).


STORE PICKUP: All orders for local pickup are ready within 24 hours and must be picked up within 1week  or your order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued. You will receive a email once order is ready for pick up (your 1 week pick up will begin than).Please bing email confirmation with ID (only the person whose name is on the order/confirmation email may pickup, NO exceptions). 

RETURNS: Immaculately Flawless LLC values our customers and therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our compression leggings items you are welcome to return the item(s) within 3 days of receipt from postal service for Store Credit Only. (Please make sure you know the correct size before purchasing If you have questions on sizing please email or call with info noted below). Please note returns may take up to 30 days to process. NO returns on Fajas or belly button shaper

Please Note: If you RECEIVE a defective/damaged item. We will ONLY exchange the item for the same item and size.

TERMS & CONDITIONS / RETURN POLICY
1) The item MUST be returned in the same condition that it was sent
2) Therefore ALL tags must be remained intact
3) NO odors, stains or appearance that the item has been used
4) Original Postage is NON Refundable
5) Return Postage is of responsibility of the BUYER
6) Proof of return posting MUST be obtained. That return tracking number is confirmation of when the return was received to us. 
7) The item must be returned within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of delivery
8) Please allow up to 30 Days for Return & Store Credit to be processed.
9)All SALE items are FINAL (no return no store credit)
10) NO returns on Fajas or belly button shaper
